Ingredients
Are your products made with natural ingredients?
Yes. Our sauces and spice blends are handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients, with many products featuring locally sourced Maritime ingredients like honey, maple syrup, and cranberries.
Are your products gluten free?
Many of our products are gluten friendly or gluten free, including several spice blends and beef jerky flavours. Product pages include full ingredient and allergen information for reference.
Do your products contain MSG or preservatives?
Our spice blends are made without MSG, and we focus on creating products with bold flavour using quality ingredients and small-batch production methods.
Orders
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free within Canada when your physical merchandise subtotal reaches $75 after discounts and before taxes. Gift cards do not count toward that threshold. Standard shipping below the threshold is $14.99.
How do automatic order savings work?
The more you buy, the more you save—automatically. Spend $60 and save 5%, $120 and save 10%, or $180 and save 15% on eligible one-time products. No discount code or special shopping section is required.
Regular curated gift boxes are included in volume savings. Subscriptions, gift cards and specially discounted products are excluded from volume savings. The savings threshold uses your eligible subtotal before the automatic volume discount.
Only one volume tier applies. Eligible first-time customers can also use their 10% welcome code, applied after the volume savings. Subscriptions and gift cards are excluded from both offers. Free shipping uses physical merchandise after all discounts, before taxes.
What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@smokinjonsbbq.ca with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll help make it right.
